With an on-premises installation, only authorised users in your own IT infrastructure can access the data.

However, interrogations can not only be simply transcribed, there is already software that automatically summarises recorded conversations in the background into a structured protocol according to your specifications. The police officer only has to approve the final text. This allows officers to concentrate 100% on the interaction with the citizen.
 
In a further step, transcripts and other documents such as guidelines or legal texts can be easily searched with the help of AI assistants. The AI assistant responds to queries quickly and precisely.
