Comfortable and secure roles / rights administration
The DigtaSoft Configuration Center (DSCC) includes data based user administration. It is carried out via a role based rights concept with group allocation possibilities. This helps to reduce the complexity of the authorisation of assignments especially in larger organisations as well as the high level of administrative efforts. The integrity of user authorisation is ensured as well. The most diverse challenges for service staff work in transcription service are comfortably met and secure. In this regard, a GBS service contract is double its value as this function of the DSCC is already included.

Provision of internal and external resources for transcription, automatic speech recognition or further services, are very important for an economic document creation process. The DSCC allows clear administration of internal and external resources, as well as departments or whole companies. Time-saving automatic data transfer via Active Directory Synchronisation (AD Sync)
Activation of a separate module allows the customized adaption of the Active Directory Synchronisation (ADSync). With this feature, users of the dictation system have to only be edited in the Active Directory in case of staff changes. Adaptation of the dictation network is almost automatic, saving additional time especially in environments where staff members change on a regular basis. For service contract customers we recommend activation of the relevant network module, to be able to use this function cost-effectively.
Clearly arranged evaluations for productivity analyses
Thanks to the reporting function, reports can be created at the push of a button. You will quickly obtain information about your productivity and can take corrective action if necessary.
