The sector-independent DigtaSoft Pro speech processing software provides authors and secretarial staff with expanded workflow management. It includes many additional functions such as the set-up and management of multiple in-boxes and also fulfills the requirements of various sectors such as health care and law. Set priorities and use the dictation status report or set deadlines! DigtaSoft Pro is ideal for managing large networks because it offers clearly organized dictation management – even at high dictation volumes. Simple and intuitive operation
The appearance of DigtaSoft 7 is based on the familiar office look. Thanks to the intuitive user interface with menu bar, even beginners can find their way around quickly. The DigtaSoft Player and also the DigtaSoft Recorder are clear and space-saving as central components of the software.
128-/256-bit encryption offers the highest level of security
Generate your dictations in the DSSPro format and take advantage of a higher level of data security! DigtaSoft Pro allows you to use 128/256-bit encryption for your dictations, even in real time. Unprotected DSS and DSSPro dictations can also be encrypted after they have been generated. The dual encryption rate fulfills the current requirements in sensitive sectors such as health care and law. You can also increase security by protecting your dictations with a password so that only your secretarial staff can decrypt them.
Interface for speech recognition
DigtaSoft Pro is equipped with an interface with the DigtaSoft Voice and Dragon NaturallySpeaking speech recognition programs. It allows both off-line and on-line recognition in DigtaSoft Pro. Use the simplified proofreading process for speech-recognized dictations and take advantage of the integration into your DigtaSoft workflow!
Optimal Support for thin clients (Windows Terminal Server and Citrix)
The use of terminal server solutions with thin clients places increased demands on a digital dictation system. This makes optimal support for the thin clients in question with respect to control and audio of primary importance. The DigtaSoft Pro software supports a multitude of thin clients. It also allows outstanding audio quality because it has its own audio channel.

Convenient release process for dictations
Organizations often have a multiple-step document release process. In such cases, it is helpful to have the original dictation continue to be available. DigtaSoft Pro allows the mapping of the entire release process for dictations and written documents in the dictation workflow. It can handle up to ten release steps. Changes can be made directly to the text document by those involved in the process. DigtaSoft Pro keeps a log of the entire process, allowing you to know, for example, exactly who released a document when.
Convenient notification function accelerates document generation
Use the convenient notification function (Digta Messaging) now! To do so, you need a Digta 7 series device and DigtaSoft Pro. The notification function allows exchange of information between the author’s dictation device and the DigtaSoft Pro software via the PC network. This function better integrates the workflow of those who dictate while on the go into the organisation’s IT workflow process. That means that the author can be informed when a dictation has been finished or receive a query about his dictation from his secretarial staff on his dictation device. This shortens the document generation process.
