With DigtaSoft Speech, speech processing is reinvented. The big difference: The software is database-based and opens up completely new possibilities for collaboration. Larger organizations with several hundred jobs in particular benefit from this. However, it can also be useful from around 10 workplaces.

Manage document creation efficiently
The creation of the database and the conception of the user rights are at the beginning. Then each client connects to the central computer. The information from the accompanying dictation slip is also transferred directly to the database, as is the spoken dictation.
Concurrent user license model
DigtaSoft Speech allows more flexible work. The license model is based on concurrent user usage. This means that you only need as many licenses as users work with the software at the same time.
An exceedance check reports when the number has been reached, whereby the system tolerates a certain variance. If a regular exceedance is found, the licenses can easily be supplemented via online activation.

The layer-based software architecture allows flexible integration of other systems through interfaces. This means more flexibility for networking with other sources.
