Benefits

Free software upgrades

With the Maintenance & Support you are always up-to-date when it comes to software. This pays off, because the upgrades for the software versions included in the module are free of charge. With the DigtaSoft Pro upgrade, for example, you save € 100 net per workstation - every year as long as your Maintenance & Support is running.
For speech recognition products like DigtaSoft Voice, the upgrade is between € 249 and € 699 net. An upgrade is only possible if there is a version jump. If you missed an upgrade, you have to buy the software again at full price. This cannot happen to you with the Maintenance & Support!


Free support hotline

Our technical support hotline is free of charge for you as a customer with a valid Maintenance & Support! In the event of problems, we will switch to your system remotely. So we can immediately see how your system is configured and help you. You save € 1.99 per minute.


18% or 24% on list price

The billing model is very simple and gives you planning security. Each software workstation costs 18% of the list price of the respective software in maintenance. The list price of the software is also used if the workstation in the set has been equipped with hardware. Only the Dragon Professional Anywhere and Dragon Legal Anywhere server products are charged 24% as an annual fee. When certain purchase quantities are reached, you will receive a volume discount according to a graduation.


Server modules

Maintenance for the DigtaSoft Configuration Center (DSCC) administration tool is already included as standard in the Maintenance & Support for a DigtaSoft Pro or DigtaSoft Speech license. However, it can also be booked separately and is calculated for each supervised database. The other server modules in the Maintenance & Support also apply to each database or server. These include the Active Directory synchronization (AD Sync) of the DSCC user administration, the Central Voice Transcriber (CVT) for background speech recognition on the server and the Central Digta Configurator (CDC) for the central configuration of the mobile dictation devices.

Note: The operation of DigtaSoft Pro in a WTS / Citrix environment and the use of server-based speech recognition require a concluded Maintenance & Support.
