The cloud-based medical speech recognition system Dragon Medical One supports medical professionals in creating documents directly at the workplace. The cursor simply needs to be placed in the relevant text window and dictation can begin. The recognised text is immediately available: in almost every HIS and PACS or other Windows-based applications, such as Microsoft Word.

Dragon Medical One medical speech recognition software is a simple, flexible and cloud-based solution that provides professional speech recognition for doctors effortlessly, without burdening the user's PC resources or IT infrastructure. The software can be used directly on all devices. With the cloud-based Dragon Medical One speech recognition solution, speciality-specific vocabularies including phrases and medical formatting rules are also available, for example for radiologists.

Maximum security for the healthcare cloud
The Microsoft Azure data centres in which Dragon Medical One speech recognition is hosted are located in Berlin and Frankfurt am Main. An active configuration with continuous data replication ensures high availability around the clock with a guaranteed uptime of at least 99.5%. The data is encrypted and communication takes place via HTTPS using TLS with AES 256-bit encryption.
The solution is compliant with the current standards for system and organisational controls (SOC 1, SOC 2 and SOC 3), the Cloud Computing Compliance Controls Catalog (C5) and the GDPR, as well as being certified in accordance with ISO 27001.
