DigtaSoft One: User-friendly software for a simple transition to digital dictation
Recording and transcribing digital dictations is easy – especially with our DigtaSoft One software application. This dictation software is especially suited to beginners in digital dictation. The DigtaSoft One software application can be quickly installed and focusses on the essentials – the recording and playback of dictations. Its operation is completely intuitive for the generation and processing of professional dictations in DSS or DSSPro format, for instance.
Simple and intuitive operation
The appearance of DigtaSoft 7 is based on the familiar office look. Thanks to the intuitive user interface with menu bar, even beginners can find their way around quickly. The DigtaSoft Player and also the DigtaSoft Recorder are clear and space-saving as central components of the software.
Playback and import of files of various formats and linking of dictations to documents
DigtaSoft One allows you to play back dictations in DSS, DSSPro and WAV formats and link them to documents such as Microsoft Word or PDF files. It also allows import of AMR, MP3 and ima4 files. These files are converted to DSS and can then be played back in DigtaSoft One.
Encryption provides a high degree of security
Secure your sensitive data by encrypting your dictations! DigtaSoft One makes it possible! You can simply send your encrypted dictations to your secretarial staff, who decrypt them for playback with the appropriate password.
